Job Title:  Agric Commodity Research Manager

Main Responsibilities: 

• Research and development of exportable Agricultural Product.
  
• Travelling to different parts of the country to identify locations of Agricultural Product.
• Sourcing and Registering commodity merchants and LBA to work with 3T Impex
  
• Manages the Agric products sourcing service of 3T Impex
  
• Liaise with IITA on research and development of Agricultural Products
  
• Seminar Presentations on exportable Agricultural Products
• Procurement of Agric processing machines for 3T Impex's clients
  
• Provide solutions to the challenges of exporting perishable Agric Products 
• Keeping the company abreast of any new development in the Agricultural sector

• Sound knowledge of quality specifications of Agricultural Products
• Knowledge of locations and sources of good quality Agricultural products in different parts of the country
  
• Vast in all the basics profiles of all the Agricultural products cultivated in Nigeria
  
• Good understanding of packaging Agric products for long distance travels
  
• Good knowledge of lab test analysis to ascertain the quality of Agric commodities
  
• Basic understanding of how to preserve Agric product for about 6-12 months
  
• Good working relationship and knowledge of the mandates of Agric development agencies

Experience Required:

At least one year of experinence Agric products related environment.

Qualifications:

• BSc Agricultural Science, Agric Economics and Extension
  
• Fluent in English language.
  
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
